Sage, where is 'In Stock' button!!!

Hi guys,
Right im on certificate level distance learning and stuck on AWS chapter 11 page 245, it says i should have a button saying in stock?? cant find this anywhere and my tutors have all gone home! grr! wanted to finish this chapter tonight!
So im in Sage, on products, have gone to records but have no in stock button?
Can anyone help??

You might need to go to the product categories from the settings menu. Click on edit and type i.e. on number 1 computer accessories, 2 computer hardware etc, then close. Then from the main menu select products the records.0
