how do I layout the calc for capital allowance?

Hi. Can anyone help?I'm working on a question where I have to work out the capital allowance but the problem is i hav an addition of a car under £12000 so therefore it should go in the main pool but is used 30% for private use.I can do the calculation ok its just I dont know how to lay it out as I will hav to keep working out how much the car will be worth each year and then minus 30% from the main pool so couldn't I just put it in its own poolto make it clearer?

    Any assets with private use go in their own column.

    However if it's a limited company and the owner of the car is not the director the private use will not apply.
