Has anyone else ever heard of these? A client of mine got sent one - 8 pages of dot matrix print out from beloved HMRC - all fairly meaningless, except they can't agree a NINO....
Spoke to local office, who told me to phone online services, who told me to phone employer helpline - who couldn't :evil:
No-one I spoke to had ever heard of it, and told me to just file it away
Instead, I wrote a polite letter to local office, saying all of the above, and asking them to confirm in writing whether or not any action needed to be taken.
Any thoughts?
