Accounts preparation

Does anybody do any accounts preparation for other accountants? I do a lot of my work this way and just wondered what other people charged. Do you charge per job or by the hour?

    Only done this once, about 3 years ago, for a charity. I then passed all the details onto their accountant in trial balance format. I charged hourly.
