I need help with the project, mainly the weakness and resources used areas.

    Find your weaknesses using a SWOT analysis. Identify the resources you will need for your recommendations. eg. training up staff, new computer equipment or software, etc.

    Hi,

    A good way of identifying a good project is to talk to your colleagues and supervisor to see if there is anything that is in need of reviewing because people at work are not happy with. In that case the weaknesses of the system will probably be highlighted.
