Unit 31 Simulation Part 3

Is anyone else here sitting Unit 31 without being employed? I am really struggling with trying to get hold of the Health and Safety & Emergency procedures from a firm so that I can do this part of the simulation. I think everyone is now so hyper about Health & Safety that they are reluctant to have anyone do a project on their procedures. It is really holding me up and I dread to think what I am going to do in the actual skills assessment if I am having so much difficulty doing the simulation. I wish I could just do exams as it is so much more difficult if you aren't employed to get help and support with coursework & skills tests.

Does anyone have any information/advice? I would really appreciate any.
