Hi everybody,
Could you please let me know if the below expenses are allowable on property business:
1. Money spent on decorating the properties.
2. New door
3. Fence panels, gravel boards
4. Fish pond
5. Laminate flooring
These properties are not newly acquired.
Your help will be appreciated.

Most of the experienced Accountants have transferred to the newer version of the forums, at
