Has anyone else received their first one?

I filed on-line last week but have received the paper version today.

I was surprised that it didn't list all the subcontractors that were on the most recent CIS333C.

In addition to the new subcontractors that I verified after 6th April, I paid a high percentage of the previously known ones. Using the paper version would have been a nightmare for me.

    Yes, I done the first one using the paper version because by online authorisation codes haven't worked for this one so far (two attempts already - awaiting third code).
    The paper version was quite painless, although, like you say, it does not list all previously paid CIS subbies, just the ones where verification has been requested... strange!

    I haven't had a single success with the on-line verification method.

    I've done mine over the 'phone - and it was (to me!) far easier - simply because I could do several within a couple of minutes.
