Having a brain dead moment!!

Anyone know what code would be best to post an invoice for the purchase of childcare vouchers in sage.

    I can't see an obvious choice in the default sage chart of accounts. Assuming these vouchers are for staff, I think I would open a new nominal account in the same range as staff salaries, then either change the COA so it shows separately in the P&L or include it in the Staff Costs range.

    Appologies for not replying sooner, I have had difficulty in logging on to the site.

    Thanks, I thought I was on the right track as I set up a new nominal to show it separately.
