Hi
Can anyone help? I am trying to reconstruct a fixed asset register for my company for items going back to 1990(!!), all I have to go off is a Hiremate print out of the Fixed Asset register, within the register are the terms:
P.T.D - I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS IS!!!
Y.T.D - I assume = Year to Date (Depreciation)
L.T.D - I assume = Life to Date (Depreciation)
W.D.V - I assume = Written Down Value

My calculations of the depreciation is always out by the amount shown in the PTD column so it must be a charge of some sort! But its always tiny amounts and varies across different items (2.03, 2.18, 5.46 etc)
Thanks
Vicky
