Fixed Overhead Variances

Hello All
I have sort of just got my head round most variances apart from the fixed overhead ones , always seem to get in a muddle with time , volumne , capacity
Can somone explain them from begining to end

    If you pm me your email address I can send you a word document that I used to help remember them, I still used it in ACCA and it has always worked!
