PCR - Unit 9? - PLEASE HELP ME

Hi guys,
Could anybody just confirm for me that PCR is unit 9. and is the last section (chaps 8-11) of the osborne book (MAnaging Performance and Resources)? I just want to ensure I am studying the right thing as am resitting this exam after two years out of a classroom.

PCR is the last 4 chapters of the osborne books, we have used that in college only a few weeks ago!0
