I haven't commented on what it was like, just the one part that has been revealed on the forum.
I took PCR 3 times, too. Thankfully I passed 3rd time with help from Sandy Hood's class.0 -

Stop this now! Everyone behaves differently when under pressure and some people more than others.
This is immature and not what is expected of potential accountants.
Please refer to MAC December 2006 as a similar question was given.

what is MAC?0 -
Re:Who thought PCR was POO POO?
Its Unit 33 of the Diploma pathway - Management Accounting.
Think its roughly the same as PEV and PCR. The support booklet for PCR, PEV and MAC is combined.0 -
Re:Who thought PCR was POO POO?
Being that I sat the PEV and PCR, not the MAC I wouldn't have referred to them papers at all, so wouldn't have known that it came up in the past. Oh well there is nothing that can be done now!0 -

Thankfully I got the kg bit right. It was really no different to when we're given budgets in £000's, and then asked to work out unit price.
It's exactly the same, and despite what everyone's saying, I'm pretty certain you *would* have got it right if it weren't for the exam pressure.
Exams do weird things to your head - I vividly remember revising the overhead ratios for PEV the very morning of the exam. Got in there, and 'Pwoof!' gone
(ps. I know you all love my Pwoof word. But you can't use it. It's mine.)0
