Unit 23 Achieving Personal Effectiveness

I am a distance learning student, and I am finding it a bit difficult to complete unit 23. Has anyone got any advice? Or has anyone been in the same position as me? Just wondering what sort of evidence you can provide for this?

    Can anyone help me to do this unit? I am struggling with it. Does anyone have theirs that they can email me (nanisha@yandex.ru) so I can get some ideas as I have no idea how to do it.
