Here is an interesting one for you !
I have a client who wants to buy a boat and convert it into an office to avoid the costs associated with a traditional office in preference for mooring fees etc
I dare say that this will also be used for private use.
In fairness this is actually workable in terms of the business and could actually be turned into a good marketing ploy - but I would be greatful for any experience in terms tax and BIK etc.
