Hi There
I've been asked by a few friends and family to prepare tax returns, and sort out their year end accounts.
I've searched the forums, but I can't find the info I'm looking for - basically I want to know how much roughly should I be charging for
A Simple Tax Return
A Tax Return involving CIS Scheme, Capital Allowances etc.
A complete set of accounts (from a bag of receipts etc) for a new business set up.
I live in the Midlands by the way.

It is very difficult to decide how much to charge. Do you want to do favours for friends or do you want to earn money? Check what they have been paying in the past? Find out how much other accountants in the area are charging?0
