I have no idea where to start and what topic to choose.

Any tips, advice?

    i have just completed this project on PPL. i looked at each area (sales, purchases, payroll, computers, staff job roles and management of staff), wrote about what was wrong and then wrote about what could be done to improve things.

    Do a training review - multi task the staff for cover. Free up time for FE etc. Do a SWOT analysis - read it there's loads of weaknesses. Look up some IT that could be used. Cost it, analyse it etc. Think of costing mechanisms - ABC might be useful.

    Don't panic - there's no right or wrong answer as long as you justify your recommendations.
