Does anyone know of an easy way to explain the 5% rule on conversions.

Ive been looking at the HMRC sie but still not sure how to explain it properly to a customer.

If you have a look here:

Download the pdf. file and scroll down the contents section until you reach section 7-8. This should tell you what you want.
