AAT technician or degree?

Hi, I have just passed my AAT intermediate and I have a place at university to study an accountancy and finance degree. I'm thinking of instead going onto AAT Technician. Im not sure what to do? Is it better to do a degree or AAT technician and get a job in accounts on the side?? Please Help

    it's better to do AAT technician and then progress to ACCA or CIMA. But it depends what you want, if you want the fun i so often hear people have at uni, then do that, but it's faster just going onto technician and you won't be out of pocket.
