Please could I have some advice on how to go about doing a cost/benefit analysis for my project.
Where can I find an example so that I can read it, I've tried the Delamer simulation on this website but it doesn't mention cost/benefit.

A cost/benefit does not have to be in monetry values. In my project, one of the weaknesses was that there was not enough shared work knowledge and that each person should learn about each others jobs. The cost of this was the time taken to train them and the benefit was the fact that others could help in that department.
