This is just a quick moan. I bought my bpp books ready for my new college course. Would you credit it college changed to a kaplan this year without telling us at enrolement. I have just wasted 136 buying all the books plus a couple extra. Hoping to return them to bpp if not possible i will sell them on here for the price of the books postage at my cost as i need the money to purchase the books required if anybody is interested let me know. :)

    Hi there, if it was me I would lodge a complaint with the senior lecturer for the department and get the cash back off them and tell them to send the books back to bpp and get a refund!!!

    That's really wrong! We always bought our books at induction as Kaplan (who we've always used) sold them at the college.

    Bottoms!!!

    Just paid for my books from BPP (although not been delivered yet).

    I would have gladly bought them if you had been a week earlier!

    Not much consolation I know, I would return them you'll lose the carriage costs but should get the rest back.

    For any who haven't ordered their books yet - ask your course tutor to negotiate a student discount direct with BPP - my tutor has and we get 40% off the cost of the text books this year (meaning we get the 4 we need for £52.80 incl delivery!)

    Do you really need to change the books? Any exercises may need to be copied but it seems pointless losing money on them when they do cover what you need.

    When I was at college any questions that we did was off our own back, the tutors gave us their own questions so it didn't matter what books we used.
