hi
somehelp appreciated. I have new one director Ltd company, previous 2 years accounts submitted with net liabilities and this years draft accounts are a loss which increases the balance sheet position further (-£7,500).
Majority of creditors is the Directors Loan account at £9,000.
Normally in this situation i would guess the company would windup? he is still trading. Is there any implications that i need to be aware of when submitting accounts with insolvent balance sheet?
