HMR&C Agent pages - client information

Hi

Has anyone managed to find a reason for or, a quick way to resolve the situation when you have a client appearing on your client list but when you open up their record you are not able to access any information, even when you submit SA100 online for them?

    I think I heard our tax partner ranting on about something like that.

    Anything's possible these days with HMRC I'm afraid.

    Reason:-
    The reason it does that is because HMRC have checked a box on the system at their end.

    The 64-8 triggers you being able to view it online but the Revenue process bod has to select a box also, this then enables you to view the content.

    Really, really annoying I know. We had quite a few of them of late! Not helpful at this time of year!

    "Quick-fix":-
    Give them a call and explain what's happening - they should be only to aware. I've put 'quick-fix' in inverted commas because their interpretation of quick and ours is completely different!
