Downloading Simulations/Exam papers

I am currently having problems downloading the Answer Booklet for Simulation D1891 PRR. I know a number of other students are having the same problem (as evident in the Forums).
Can you please tell me why we can easily download the Data and Tasks Booklet for the simulation but the website struggles with the Answer Booklet?
