If I file my clients PAYE online will she still be entitled to £100 online filing incentive if she has only taken a total salary of £5,225 and therefore no PAYE or NICs have been due? Don't want to tell her she will get it and then be disappointed.
Thanks!

Mine came through fairly quickly last year.
I have a standard letter I fax to Shipley requesting a repayment. As soon as the return has been processed I fax off the letter and back comes the cheque..
