Hi,
The following came from Companies House hopefully of use.
The 6th April 2008 will see a further stage of the implementation of the Companies Act 2006.
The areas covered by this are:
Accounts filing deadline reduction and statement changes
Optional secretary for private companies
Capital changes for PLC's
Auditors requirements
