Audit Exempt Disclosure Checklists

Hi all,

Just wondering what people use when preparing company accounts as a disclosure checklist.

I only have a couple of company clients so am a little reluctant to spend out the money Mercia want for their pack.

Any ideas of other companies I could try?

Surebeck (Link) do a disclosure checklist for £37.95 and a two part Companies Act guide for the same price.
