BTC - payment & filing dates - help!

Hi
I'm revising for BTC at the moment. I'm doing pretty well but I'm struggling with when payments and filing are due and the penalties for non compliance.
Has anyone got a summary of the different filing dates, and tax payment dates, and fines for missing these.
The only one I can get consistently is that Corporation Tax is paid 9 months and 1 day after the year end (if not paid in installments)
