Unit 15 (help quick please)

i fail the skill test of unit 15 and now i am retaken it
my teacher deside to do it in 2 days instead of one and i take the first part on monday and tomorrow is the second part
i stuck in some questions and seems i cant find them so any help will be appreciate
ok here are the questions
1) Key characteristics of:
deposit accounts
gilts
stock and shares

and the other one is what is trend
i write that trend is the general direction that the data is moving but i am not sure if that is the correct answer
