Would just like to check for the first question, did you get:

AVCO
final balance 7,000 at about 22,000?

    7000 x £3.1500 = £22050 final balance (AVCO)

    The batch question was...
    57076 prime cost per batch
    57076+3.50=57079.50 variable (marginal) cost per batch
    57076+3.50+5=57084.50 absorption cost per batch

    i didnt get that! I was one of those who divided by number of batches as the figure looked horendous, think it may have even come up with "error" on my calc lol! Oh well... If lots of people have done both, then maybe they will see both sides and mark both correct? Lets hope they read these forums before marking the papers! =)
