My answer is now available. Very many thanks for the feedback. I'd got a couple of gremlins that have now been removed.

Anyone wanting a copy should email me and use this subject line:
Sandy's ECR June 2008 answer

The answer is then sent out shortly after my out of office reply.

As this is an automatic system,
You need to be precise in the subject line
I won't necessarily read the content of your email so any correspondence should be separate

Sandy's ECR June 2008 answer will trigger off the reply, but Sandy ECR June 2008 answer won't

I think he does ECR and a few other ones but not FRA unfortunately.

Thanks Sandy for you answers.

By looking at them it looks as though I have got 1.6(a) wrong and 2.4.

Everything else looks right.

Is this sufficient to pass?
