Professional Subscriptions?

I am doing the CYE exam today and I am so confused about Profesional Subscriptions. I have conflicting information in my notes and am still unsure which line I would put the amount paid on in section M on the P11D.

Do I put not approved by HMRC subs in line one and approved subs in line two or are the approved subs not entered on the P11D at all?

Please help!!!!

Might be too late but Section M would only be used for professional memberships and bodies which are listed as approved. Professional subscriptions, if i remember, are Class 1A so would go in the first line but thats a decision you have to make.

Unapproved bodies would be lsited in Section B, Payments made on behalf of employee.
