Unit 10... Please Help x

Hi

Hope everyones exams went well.

I'm am currently trying to start my Unit 10 Project (Deadline being 15th July:crying:)

I work in a Bank (not in finance) and have decided to try to do the project on my current job rather than use a simulation.

I have found my theme (improving and enhancing the First Point of Contact service, including implementing scanning facilities)

The problem i am having is how to layout/format the project what bit goes where etc.

The example project on the AAT site does not seem to be laid out like the guidance notes explain, nor does it seem to be in a report setting.

If anyone has any example projects or hints/tips they can forward to me it would be much appreciated
