Does anyone have a legal document as to when someone goes on training provided by the company. The employee needs to stay with the company for a specified period of time after the training has taken place or repay the training costs.

I would be very grateful if someone out there can help.:001_rolleyes:

    This should be written into the employees contract of employment or a revision to the employees contract should be made to include these conditions,
