Has anyone got any good tips on ways to remember things?

There was one thing I remember, and it was to do with the graphs. Line graphs are simple enough to remember but then there were componant and compound bar charts. The compONant bar chart are when the results 'sit ON top' of each other. Therefore the compound have to be the bar charts that sit next to each other.
