wont let me check my results!!!!

in AAT Level 3 (Level 6 in Scotland)
it wont let me check my results,everytime i type in my mem number and birth date it says they are wrong :glare:

    I seem to remember that the format is very important

    Birthday should be something like 01-Sep-63 (I really can't remember exactly but I know it's important that you use the correct format )

    There is some guidance on the correct format to use - somewhere !!!

    Ignore my post - I spoke up before I checked!

    It seems that logging in to get your results should be quite straight forward so maybe there is a fault with the site.

    The 'format' thing that I mentioned was to log on to my college site to access my work done on college computers.

    I think I'll go back to bed.
