Hello can anyone help me what kind of experience is required to become a member. Do you think legal cashiering would be sufficient experience. I have done bank recs, petty cash, posting of purchase invoices to the nominals and receipts to the revenue ledgers. Write offs and processing expenses.
I have done this for 2 1/2 years. I have worked in my new role for 6 months
which involves journals, accruals and prepayments and looking at P&L's in realtion to what's budgeted and actuals. Does this sound like relevant experience?
Also what kind of CPD can you do if you work in Industry doing this kind of work?

If you need experience as a student, what about some voluntary work for a local charity? I did it.0
