I'm fillling in my personal tax return and need some clarification re the box relating to untaxed UK Interest - "a Gross Paying Account".
Do they want interest from cash ISA's included here? Looking at the HMRC notes I'm loathe to put ISA interest in here as they seem to imply the amount entered here will be taxed.
Can someone please clarify as I can't find ISA's mentioned.
Thanks!

Isa Account
ISA accounts are tax free savings account and interest income from is not taxable. So you do not need to include the interest income from it in SA form.0
