NVQ or Diploma?

in AAT Level 4 (Level 8 in Scotland)
Im in my last year of my NVQ. I have DFS,PCR and PEV left to pass.

Am i able to transfer to diploma and just do DFS and MAC?

Please advise.

    I don't think so, I had been muttering about transferring to Diploma for the whole of Technician Level to avoid having to show work based evidence and got told by Kaplan that I would then have to do some extra units from the Advanced Certificate first as the route was totally different.

    This might be wrong.
