hello
Im just practicig the june 2008 paper and im stuck on how to work out the labour hours required when each review requires ten minutes. It's really bugging me as i cant seem to get the correct anwser.

Hiya if you divide 10 by 60 this gives you the mutiplication rate for the number of enquiries or reviews to find out the hours required.
so 10/60 = 0.1666666 x 290000 = 48333.33hours
