Signing passport forms

Does anyone know if as a full member of AAT are we eligible to act as an accepted signatory for reference purposes on UK passport applications or do we have to be a fellow member to do this? :confused1:

Apparently only a fellow member can do this although i signed passport forms as MAAT before I knew about this and they were never rejected0

I have signed a passport form before, and my status was checked by them, and they were quite happy with me.0

I have also signed a few passports with only be a MAAT.0
