Hi everyone,

I have been approached by a customer to carryout the work required to submit their accounts to companies house and then apply to close the business, here are some further details -

1st Accounting period April 2007 - March 2008
2nd Accounting period April 2008 - July 2008

The bookkeeping needs doing (this is really easy as it is only 15 sales invoices and about 20 purchase invoices and monthly banking charges).

After completing the bookkeeping, reconciling the bank and ensuring everythind (debtors & creditors) are as they should be I then need to submit the accounts for the two periods and apply for the company to be struck off, as far as I am aware this is a pretty straightforward form with a small admin cost, next I think the company goes into the London Gazette for any creditors to claim their monies and after 3 months with no objections this is allowed.

Can anyone tell me of anything else that I may need to do?

Thanks very much
