Im having a few too many problems with the K&u questions:
1. What do they mean by ; what are the implications of fraud for a business?

It is far more straight forward than you are making it.
What are the implications of fraud for a business?
An example of this would be someone who forged the owners signature on a cheque, and used it for there personal use. The implication on the business would be that their profit would be down.
What qualities does a good negotiator have?
A negotiator is someone who is trying to agree something between two parties. They must be a good listener, talker, not bias and come to an amicable agreement, which satisfies both parties.
