Hi - does anyone out there use Quickbooks??
I am trying to set it up for a client who has a hotel , but am having trouble setting up the Items List in the Customer Centre.
Is there a way of setting up an item, that can proportionally split the item value to different income accounts?
For example I want to set up a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast package for a set price but a certain amount of the income that it will generate is Food Sales and the rest for the Rooms - I do not want the invoice, i.e. the guest, to see how much is allocated for the food element - so I can not use the "Group" function.
Any help would be much appreciated.
