Financial Information for Bank manager

Hi
I do bookkeeping for about 5 local businesses and one of them needs Financial Accounts for their Bank Manager in order to obtain a loan.
I am not sure of the layout that I need to follow:crying or do I need to purchase a template in order for the accounts to look professional. Please help!! :crying:
I currently use sage, I know that I need P&L and Balance Sheet, but is there anything else that I need to include?

You'll almost certainly also need to produce a cash flow forecast for the next six months minimum - detailing projected income against expected expenditure - showing that the company can service it's loan repayments into the foreseeable future.

As for the templates, I'd imagine you can use direct print-outs from Sage which should in theory at least show 'unmanipulated' accounts. Failing that, it depends on how good you are at designing nice Excel sheets and creating a professional image, e.g. nice presentation folder, quality paper etc.
