Hello.
I'm enrolled on the Int' level. Just wanted to know, If you fail a paper the 1st time (god forbid) does one still have to pay the exam fee for the resit the 2nd time around also?

Unfortunately, yes. The same is true for simulations, although these cost about half the price of an exam and can be rearranged in a much shorter time - or at least they can at our college.
Try not to think of it as failure, it is simply a lesson you learn on the way to success!0
