Any one out there still going over the past exams papers.

Need help with Task2.4, got the figures 4,000 and 2,000 machine hours allocated, how do you work out the thousnad litres made question?

Hi,

Solvent S782 is the 1st choice, so you make the maximum demand for this, which is 2000 litres, using 4000 machine hours.
This leaves 2000 machine hours for the second choice.
It takes 5 machine hours per thousand litres so, 2000/5 = 400. So 400 thousand litres will be made.
