So its the morning of the exam, up nice and early light breakfast bit of music relaxed (no revising as i find this just panics me) ready to get it over with.
Been doing the same thing with exams for a number of years.

I had an earlyish night..10.30pm..feeling quite refreshed!
Brought some beans and toast to have for lunch at work so I won't get hungry through the exam!! I'm not going to do any revision today either, you shouldn't on the day of the exam... Good luck!! :thumbup:0 -

 you too :001_smile:0 -
The night before any exam, I usually pack the books away before tea, then after a light tea (dont want anything laying heavy, may keep me up all night !!) have a very long soak in the bath, bed earlyish 10-11pm - toss and turn all night, wake up in sheer panic and promptly vomit. I know, not very nice, but after that Im fine.
Good luck to all,
Julie :001_smile:0 -
As I am self supported I can't get any revision time off so up this morning drop kid off at minders into work and try to keep mind on work instead of exam (like that is going to happen)0

You are all probably nervously pacing in front of the exam hall at this moment but I just wanted to say good luck to you all - and I hope it went well :thumbup:0

My own ritual used to be get up around seven for a morning exam, (eight or an afternoon exam), drink tons of strong coffee, have a long bath for an hour minimum, dress as if I was going on a date (smart, clean clothes, contacts instead of glasses etc) and get there in plenty of time.
I'd have a quick read of the books on the day but nothing too stressful or heavy. If you've prepared well you'll generally be okay and if you haven't then little will save you anyway.0 -
Someone I knew used to make sure he had 2 new tippex pens and a new calculator for every exam - he ended up with enough tippex to paint a small horse and 8 identical calcultors!0

FG a grandad! Yikes, and I always thought he was a spring chicken!!I'm not going to do any revision today either, you shouldn't on the day of the exam..
I swear every exam I have ever sat at least 25% of the questions that came up were directly related to the last minute revision I did immediately prior to walking into the exam hall.
When it comes to exams I think I am the luckiest b*ยฃ%$ ever!!0 -
Thanks, Dean, that's made my day.
