Extenuating Circumstances

Hi - does anyone know what the procedure is with the AAT- if you feel there were unforseen circumstances that adversely affected your exam performance? I thought I had seen something on the website - but can't find it now?

Think it is a letter but I know it does have to be in by the 30th Dec.
