Please can someone tell me where the 10% bit is taken off and indeed the correct answer! I'm going through the paper now. Eek

    I got confused by the 10% bit too, so I ignored it and hoped it would go away. I did the landing and service fees correctly though (I believe!)

    The 0% discount was to the customer so it would be the selling price, therefore selling price 100% of 5000 miles charge & 90% of 1000 etc.
